PURCHASE

All prices in the online store include the valid VAT of 25%.
We accept the following payment methods: Klarna, MasterCard, Visa Card, Paypal, Swish
As soon as the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email. When the shipment is booked, we will send an email with tracking number. The logistic company will notify your when the shipment is ready for pick up.

DELIVERY

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders in Sweden. Delivery to EU and Norway will be free over 150 EUR.
Once you order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

When purchasing goods on this site, you have a 14-day right to ask for a return of an item, from the day the item was delivered to you. All returns must be in perfect condition and come with their original packaging. Send an email to customercare@antonalice.com and we will help you with the return. Please note that the return cost will be at your expense, but probably lower than if you arrange the return by yourself. 

DAMAGED DELIVERY TO YOU

All out items are inspected before they are sent to you. If a damage will occur during the transport, you must contact us by email a soon as possible and no later than 14 days. Take photos of the damage package, prior to open it.

UNCOLLECTED ITEMS

If you do not pick up your goods, we will charge you for delivery, return and storage costs the logistic company will charge us. Uncollected items are not counted as cancellation of your purchase.
