Confirmation of you order

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and shipping address.
If something is wrong with the order confirmation, please contact us by e-mail at customercare@antonalice.com.


Our normal delivery times are 2-10 days. NOTE! Orders made on weekends and holidays will be sent the following weekday.

All prices in the shop are quoted in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT.
We reserve ourselves for price changes due to price change from supplier, price prints in the price list, and price errors due to incorrect information and reserves the right to adjust the price. 

Return Policy

When purchasing goods on the site, you as a customer have a 20-day right of withdrawal valid from receipt of a product that you have ordered.

When using your right of withdrawal:

Please contact customercare@antonalice.com to arrange a return, stating your order number and reason for the return.

You should return the products to us immediately after receiving tags for returning the package.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be shipped well packed and in original packaging.
On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the depreciation compared to the original value of the product for used or damaged product.

For the return to be accepted the returned items must be essentially in the same condition in which they were sold and with any seals intact. The financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us. We recommend that you use the parcel the item is sent with insured and traceable mode of transportation and that you keep your receipt for the shipment.

ANTON ALICE will repay the price of the item as soon as possible, however at the latest within 30 days from the date the item was returned and received by us.

Damage Delivery to you

All dispatched items are insured by ANTON ALICE. Should you discover any damage to the package prior to opening it please report this to Customer Care (customercare@antonalice.com) and the postal agent where you collected the package, as soon as possible. Items that are damaged during transportation are replaced by Anton Alice free of charge. If you have already opened the package when you notice the damage, please follow the return, damage and claim instructions.
