FREE EU SHIPPING &  DELIVERY TIMES

We are pleased to offer free EU shipping on all orders. Make sure to select your country during checkout. Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. Your product will arrive within 5 working days in the EU.  You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.  Seasonal delivery times: Please allow approximately two weeks for delivery during the summer period (July, Christmas and New Year). Outside of this period, standard delivery times apply.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

When purchasing products from our site, you have a 14-day right to ask for a return, from the day the product was delivered to you. We offer extended returns in gifting season, i.e. from December 1  to January 8. All returns must be in perfect condition and come with their original packaging. Send an email to [email protected], and we will help you with the return. Place a new order if you want another colour or model. Our dedicated Customer Care team will facilitate a smooth exchange process if you have any questions.

UNCOLLECTED ITEMS

If you do not pick up your goods, we will charge you the logistics company's amount for returning them. Items that are not collected do not count as a cancellation of your purchase. 

12-MONTH WARRANTY

Our products and materials are manufactured according to high-quality standards. We offer a 12-month warranty for any problem caused by manufacturing defects in material and craft. Read more about the warranty. 

SENDING GIFT

In the check out, you have the option to add other addresses and contact details for the delivery of the item. The order confirmation will be sent to the person who made the purchase. The person receiving the item will be notified when the delivery is ready for pickup. GIFT MESSAGE Our customer service team can add a message together with the item. Provide the message during checkout.
