Deliveries takes longer time during holidays like Christmas and New Year. Worldwide delivery may also take a longer time. 

When purchasing products from our site, you have a 14-days right to ask for a return, from the day the product was delivered to you. 

We offer extended returns in gifting season, i.e. from December 1 2023 to January 8, 2024

All returns must be in perfect condition and come with their original packaging. Send an email to [email protected], and we will help you with the return.

If you do not pick up your goods, we will charge you the logistics company's amount for returning them. Items that are not collected do not count as a cancellation of your purchase.

In the check out you have the option to add other addresses and contact detail for the delivery of the item. The order confirmation will be sent to the person who made the purchase.  The person receiving the item will be notified when the delivery is ready for pickup.
