FREE SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders in Sweden and the rest of Europe. Make sure to select your country during checkout. Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email containing the tracking number.
Sweden: your product will arrive within 2-4 working days
Rest of Europe: your product will arrive within 4-9 working days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
During July and from Christmas Eve to New Year's Eve, please allow approximately two weeks for delivery.
RETURNS
You have 14 days from the day the order is delivered to request a return.
Returns are free in Sweden and throughout Europe. Outside Europe, return shipping is paid by the customer.
Extended returns over the holidays: orders placed between 1 November and 24 December can be returned until 8 January. To arrange a return, email [email protected], and we will take it from there. All items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging and dustbag.
REFUNDS
Once the return reaches us, your refund is processed within 14 days. Card payments may take a few additional banking days to appear on your statement.
UNCOLLECTED ITEMS
If an order is not collected, we charge the return cost invoiced to us by the carrier. An uncollected parcel does not count as a cancellation of the purchase.
12-MONTH WARRANTY
Our products and materials are manufactured according to high-quality standards. We offer a 12-month warranty for any problem caused by manufacturing defects in material and craft. Read more about the warranty.
SENDING GIFT
At checkout, you have the option to add other addresses and contact details for the delivery of the item. The order confirmation will be sent to the person who made the purchase. The person receiving the item will be notified when the delivery is ready for pickup. GIFT MESSAGE Our customer service team can add a message together with the item. Provide the message during checkout.
